College: DCC Department: Academic Affairs: Sub department: Technical: Type of Appointment: Unclassified - Adjunct Duties and Responsibilities: Within the scope of their duties, Adjunct Faculty are expected to: Required Education : High School Diploma or equivalency Required Experience : Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a welder Required Licenses or Certifications : N/A Preferred Education : Certificate of Technical Studies or higher from an accredited college or university Preferred Experience : American Welding Society (AWS) certifications Teaching experience Passing pre-employment criminal background screen is required as a condition of employment.
