The Human Resources Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing a best-in-class associate experience for all store associates. This role recruits and engages candidates, assists with onboarding and continued learning, champions associate engagement, and supports scheduling, payroll accuracy, and cash office functions. The Human Resources Associate has a passion for people and an attention for detail. This is an hourly position. What you will do: - Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities. - Support filling open positions timely through communicating openings, recruiting and sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, pre-screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. - Assist with associate onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials, scheduling training, assigning peer partner, and providing store tour. Ensure positive new hire experience by confirming associate understanding of their role, company policies, benefits, and scheduling, communication, and learning platforms. - Champion store retention and engagement activities and support continuous learning initiatives.
