About the Role: Syenta is seeking a Laboratory Manager to oversee laboratory infrastructure, cleanroom operations, and the systems that enable safe, efficient, and high-quality experimental work. In this role, you will support the development and operation of scalable cleanroom and laboratory facilities, establish robust laboratory processes, and ensure the environment supports both current research activities and future growth.
