Compensation: $59,500.00 - $75,900.00 Compensation Type: Salary Employment Type: Regular Grade: E08 Position Summary The Construction Safety Analyst leads College-wide efforts to develop, coordinate, and monitor contractor safety and construction site safety for the College community. This position is responsible for providing on-site safety support for construction activities on College property to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and ensure safety is preserved for the College community during construction and contractor activities. Duties & Responsibilities: - Advise leadership regarding contractor safety and construction site safety to ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by local, state, and federal agencies, including Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) 29 CFR 1926 is met. - Support Project Management staff and trade contractors in their efforts to comply with college safety programs and the contractor's project-specific safety plan. - Ensure required construction safety requirements are met, including but not limited to requirements to gather contractor site safety programs, chemical inventories/SDSs, hot work permits, confined space entry permits, crane li...
