HR Recruiter

Job description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality talent. This role partners closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to support current and future workforce needs. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level positions across multiple functions, including high-volume roles Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and professional networks - Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques - Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career events and job fairs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular hiring reports - Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and cand...
