We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer , reporting directly to the Customer Quality Manager . As a member of DOGA's Quality team, he/she will be responsible for responding to quality issues identified by customers and promoting their resolution.: ESSENTIAL TASKS: - Attend to and resolve customer complaints/incidents related to quality. - Maintain customer satisfaction by taking the necessary actions to resolve the customer's complaint. - Inform the organization about the customer complaints received and their resolution status. - Analyze quality problems identified by customers,...
