Job description

The Role The Claiming Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of claims under various funding programs. The role ensures compliance with funding guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient revenue management and service delivery outcomes. The role works closely with operational teams, finance, and scheduling functions to ensure all services delivered are appropriately claimed, reconciled, and reported. This role is a full-time fixed term contract up until May 2027. Please note that this role may lead to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately process and submit claims within required timeframes, ensuring compliance with Support at Home funding guidelines, legislative requirements, and organisational policies - Monitor, investigate, and resolve rejected or adjusted claims, maintaining audit readiness and implementing corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance - Review and validate service delivery data to ensure claims are complete, accurate, and supported by appropriate documentation across all systems - Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between scheduled services, delivered service...
