Position: Registered Nurse Department: Heart Function Clinic (HFC): Posting ID#: 7432: Role Level: Clinical Patient Services (CPS04.2) $41.15 - $58.98/ per hour Status: Casual: Shift: Monday thru Friday, Days 8:00am - 4:00pm Site: Credit Valley Site: Posted: May 14, 2026: Internal Deadline: May 21, 2026: Position Summary: Enhance the overall patient & family experience by coordinating and facilitating the HFC patient care team processes to meet the care needs and achieve quality clinical outcomes for all patients. Key Qualifications: Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO BScN Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of sound clinical experience with 3 years cardiac experience required Previous formal leadership experience preferred: ACLS preferred: Extensive knowledge of cardiac disease process Knowledge of heart failure pathway and treatments Strong communication skills along with the ability to establish positive relationships/partnerships with all staff, patients, families, internal and external partners Demonstrates initiative, crea...
