About the role: Maintain designated grounds and outdoor areas on site using hand tools, trimmers, edgers, weed-eaters, electric tools, gas powered tools, and equipment. Mowing areas using zero turn mowers and riding lawn mowers, operating leaf blowers, applying pesticides and fertilizers, re-seeding, de-icing roads, walkways, and entrances to buildings, clearing damaged trees. Qualifications: - Capable lifting 50 lbs. (heavy lifting required from time to time.) - Must have a valid State issued Driver’s License, and Must meet minimum education requirements, High School Diploma or equivalent - Basic Computer Skills - Training requirements for unescorted access to the nuclear facility to include Radiation Worker Training (RWT). - Proactively support Westinghouse and Duke Energy programs, policies, procedures, stra...
