SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Special Populations, ensure excellence in student achievement by providing districtwide leadership for the design and execution of programming and services for students with disabilities. Supervise and monitor the Special Education Team and serves as a visionary for the continuous improvement for services of students with disabilities. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, policies, reporting and budget.
