Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Overview: Reports directly to Senior Director of FP&A providing support primarily in the areas of focus: 1) financial modeling and analysis; 2) Working in cross-functional teams to support company-wide growth initiatives; 3) due diligence administration; and 4) integration administration. Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: - Develop key macro-economic, end-market and industry assumptions along with operational assumptions in collaboration with various functional teams. - Construct valuation models for organic and inorganic growth projects with Senior Director of FP&A and support senior management reviews. - Play a significant role in developing machine learning applications to support operations. Business Growth and Acquisition Support: - Support business growth opportunities including acquisition analyses by assisting with: - Due diligence of target companies - Preparation of presentation for management - Integration of new acquisitions - Project tracking and coordinating Overall Responsibilities: - Serve as back up for other members of FP&A - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entitie...
