Needs to be teachable with a prosperity to learn and open to constructive criticism. - Work-life balance - Career advancement opportunities - A great manager and/or team - A compelling work culture - A sense of purpose Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Install HVAC and building automation controls on new construction, remodeled, and service locations. - Install communication and control wire possibly in obscure locations which may include above ceiling grid, through interior and exterior walls, in tight crawl spaces, or in high places. - Install control devices in sometimes hard to reach locations. - Install controllers and terminate wires for sensors and actuators using a wiring diagram. - Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
