The Chief Enterprise Architect translates SCOR’s Technology, Data & AI Strategy into a clear, enforceable and governable enterprise architecture, balancing mission-critical legacy platforms, core systems and modern digital, data and AI-native capabilities. At the same time, he/she is preserving robustness, regulatory compliance, operational resilience and long-term optionality. The Chief Enterprise Architect leads a team of domain and transversal architects who execute the enterprise vision across business areas and platforms. This team translates the Group architecture blueprint into domain-level evolution roadmaps, ensuring coherence and consistency at scale. This is a top-tier strategic technology leadership role, combining transformative ambition with deep engineering credibility, strong executive influence, and a pragmatic understanding of complex, regulated environments.
