Clinical Leads will function as a regional trainer for Medical Assistant (MA) staff in clinics within their assigned region to ensure core competencies of the staff are managed and maintained. Working with the Practice Manager of the clinic, Lead MAs will ensure and manage quality adherence of the MA staff to Harbor policies and standard operating procedures, and work to develop and maintain efficient patient flow and quality care during clinic hours.
