After-Sales Technical Support Engineer Düsseldorf Internet / Electronics / Games 26届海外校招 ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: Respond to overseas customer technical inquiries, fault reports, and urgent requests via phone, email, or remote tools, providing timely solutions. Conduct product installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including hardware devices and software systems) either onsite or remotely. Provide product training and technical guidance to customers, ensuring efficient product operation and maintenance. Draft and maintain technical documents, service reports, and case databases to enhance team knowledge sharing. Analyse customer feedback, identify root causes of recurring issues, and collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to drive product improvements. Follow international service processes and industry standards (e.g., ISO) to ensure service quality.
