Job description
As key member of the Information Technology (IT) team, involved in all aspects of providing oversight, coordination and operational delivery of the healthcare information technology for The Christ Hospital (TCH), this role leads the selection, development, implementation and adoption of advanced clinical and financial systems for the Ambulatory process units of The Christ Hospital. The individual must be able to work autonomously while concurrently building technical and best practice process linkages to ensure TCH maintains leadership in Patient Safety, Quality, and Cost Effectiveness. System Analysis, Development, Build, and Implementation for Epic Ambulatory. Provide End-User Support for Registration, Billing, and Practice Management Adoption. Develop, Support, and Maintain Documentation, Policy and Procedures. System Testing and Acceptance: Project Management: Development and implementation of Revenue Cycle Best Practices.
