Specialist Recruiter/Talent Partner Poland (Warsaw) – Remote / Hybrid Permanent Talent Acquisition Team | International Markets The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Specialist Recruiter based in Poland to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting end-to-end recruitment across our International Markets portfolio. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll act as a true recruitment partner — managing multiple roles, building strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively pipelining talent across the UK and Europe. You’ll play a key role in maintaining hiring momentum across a diverse range of functions, helping us attract and secure top-tier talent efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Be Doing: Own end-to-end recruitment across international markets Manage a live workload of 15–20 roles simultaneously, balancing speed and quality Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to shape hiring strategies Lead detailed role briefing calls to define attraction and sourcing approaches Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Deliver data-led sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, Talent Insights, and market i...
