BFM is a customer‑focused organization dedicated to delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective, and timely services to approximately 75 state and legislative agencies located throughout the Capitol Square complex. The bureau operates and maintains more than 6.45 million square feet of space across the Capitol Complex and the greater Richmond metropolitan area, including office buildings, the State Capitol, the Governor’s Mansion, and historic monuments.
