Department: Human Resources Reports To: Human Development Section Manager Location: AEIL Status: Exempt Salary: $65,277 - $81,121: About the Role: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant Manager to support daily HR operations and help drive key people initiatives across the organization. This role plays an important part in recruiting, employee relations, HR compliance, and compensation and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is a collaborative HR professional who can balance operational tasks with strategic support while helping ensure a positive employee experience.
