We’re seeking a motivated HSE Specialist to support safety initiatives across our Eagle Ford asset. This role is key to improving safety outcomes, working closely with leadership and field teams to ensure compliance, promoting a proactive safety culture, and advancing continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Evaluation: Conducts regular evaluation of work conducted on PDP facilities and drill/completion sites; evaluates safe work practices and ensures equipment is operating in a safe manner. Maintain thorough evaluation documentation. Provides coaching and feedback to technicians and risk assessments to leadership. Compliance: Stays up to date on safety compliance for all applicable governing agencies including OSHA.
