Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is expanding its commitment to building a strong early‑career clinical pipeline by strengthening how we partner with academic institutions and support Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Resident, and Medical Student learners throughout their clinical experiences. To support this work, we are seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator who will centrally manage affiliation agreements and oversee the full learner processing workflow in our applicant tracking system (ATS), creating an environment where learners feel supported, valued, and guided as they start their careers in healthcare. As a Provider Recruitment Coordinator, you will be essential to ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high‑quality learner experience, while also enhancing our ability to convert learners into future UHS employees. You will serve as the front‑line liaison for academic partners, internal clinical leaders, and students completing rotations across the system.
