Senior Technician Application Deadline: 29 May 2026: Department: Administration: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Home United Kingdom: Description: The Senior Technician will be responsible for the accurate and timely recording of data for in scope clients in their selected Policy Administration System (PAS). This involves the full lifecycle of the policy including EPI, written, priced loss ratios, Renewals and endorsements. The main focus is to ensure the timeliness, quality and consistency of data throughout the clients. The Senior Technician will also be involved in the onboarding process of new clients where the level of Data Partnering Service ‘DPS’ will be agreed. Key Responsibilities: - Quality control (second pair of eyes) of Policy Administration on behalf of in scope clients: - Original Slip entry both new and renewals - Evidence of IELR and RARC - Signing queries (where received) - Additional entries (endorsements into IRIS) - Review of EPI and written on facilities (existing policies maintenance) - Review of Bordereaux in line with written where applicable - Queries to be raised with Client DPS in first three months - Work with Client Data Partner DPS on...
