Greater Brisbane Clinical School - RBCU Part-time (30%), fixed-term position through to June 2028 Base salary will be in the range $143,099 to $164,748 + 17% super (Academic Level C) Based at the Royal Brisbane Clinical Unit - Herston About This Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership and ongoing development of a Central Learning Community within the UQ Medical School. As Deputy Head of the Learning Community (Year 3), you will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive, supportive and high-performing learning environment where medical students are supported to flourish academically, professionally and personally. Working collaboratively with academic clinicians, professional staff and students, you will provide visible educational leadership within a vibrant clinical teaching context aligned to UQ’s purpose of creating change together. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide academic leadership and coordination of Year 3 learning experiences, including clinical immersion, assessment, remediation, pastoral care and career guidance.
