Become a part of our caring community This position supports a growing defensive litigation practice, assisting multiple attorneys with a wide array of litigation matters. The paralegal will play a key role in handling subpoenas, bankruptcy proceedings, and commercial litigation issues, including contract disputes, consumer protection claims, and privacy-related matters. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can effectively manage a diverse caseload and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The role requires sound judgment in setting work priorities and approaches, with guidance often provided by precedent or established procedures and standards. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in-house setting. - Demonstrated experience supporting matters through all phases of litigation and with e-discovery, responding to subpoenas, bankruptcy matters, employment matters, and/or commercial litigation matters (such as contract disputes, consumer protection claims, or cyber-related matters). - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Professional, and Lexis/Nexis. - Excellent pr...
