Job Description: Primary objectives of position: Be an integral part of the Development Team Europe and support the growth of the group in the region by closely working with the hotel investor and development community as well as relevant internal stakeholders. The European Development team represents 8 passionate and enthusiastic developers based across Europe, with key members based in Brussels. Obtain a deeper understanding of different contract types (franchise, management and lease agreement) as well as the commercial underwriting and financial valuation of hotel projects.
