Position Summary The Administrative Support Coordinator II plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of academic and business functions within the Political Science department. Working closely with the Department Chair, faculty, and College partners, this position provides comprehensive coordination across academic personnel processes, curriculum and scheduling support, financial activities, and daily administrative operations. The role serves as a central point of communication and organization, helping maintain continuity, accuracy, and compliance with university and CSU policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex workflows and supporting academic excellence in a collaborative university environment.
