Job Description: The client manager is responsible for one or more clients (from small clients to group and PACE clients). The client manager has a thorough understanding of the issues strategy and organization. They build a 1 to 3 years strategy roadmap for the account. The client manager becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor in developing the client and shaping opportunities. They coordinate operations and ensure delivery quality.
