Job Description: The Manufacturing Technical Writer is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed work instructions, based on engineering documentation, for the manufacture of both flight and non-flight hardware. This is a full-time non-exempt position in which the work is performed under general supervision by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is evaluated on results obtained. The Technical Writer will: - Create operations Travelers for all new product builds based on direction from engineering drawings and reviewers. - Maintain IFS Product Routings to match Traveler operations. - Maintain in-process Travelers for engineering changes and issues that occur during the build. - Develop and maintain rework/repair travelers. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in technical communications or another technical field. 2+ years of experience in a high reliability production environment is preferred.
