​ ​​ Director of Real Estate Acquisitions WhiteWater Express Car Wash — Houston, TX | Full-Time | On-Site | $130k + Bonus Job Overview: The Director of Real Estate Acquisitions is a strategic leader responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing real estate acquisitions that support the company’s long‑term expansion strategy. This role will lead the site selection and broker management strategy and will manage a team of acquisition associates as well as manage certain broker relationships directly. This role will be responsible for managing and continuously refining our site selection analysis in partnership with Finance, managing our broker and developer strategy, interfacing directly with brokers, and managing the acquisition legal process in partnership with the Vice President of Construction and Development.
