Description Legacy Mutual Mortgage is an outstanding full service residential mortgage lender originating, underwriting and closing conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans. Our team members are the key to Legacy’s success, and we are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join our talented team. · Ensures timely and accurate set up of loan files. · Orders verifications, appraisals and final inspections as needed and updates loan files. · Orders all insurance, title work, surveys, etc. · Communicate with Production Association II and Processor when issues need resolution. · Maintains up-to-date pipeline at all times. · Uploads all received third party documentation in a timely and accurate manner. · Must maintain regular attendance. · May perform other duties as assigned.
