About the role: The Senior Analyst, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions, provides foundational analytical research and product level support across Oscar’s individual and family (IFP) and employer-subsidized product portfolios. This role focuses on data analysis, market and competitive research, and performance monitoring of our markets to inform product strategy, design decisions, and execution readiness across on-exchange and employer-subsidized (ICHRA) solutions.
