Job description

The Flex Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, development, and implementation of nursing services in accordance with established Plymouth Harbor policies and procedures, including the Plymouth Harbor Home Health Agency and support services, as directed by the Administrator of Home Care, ensuring the highest possible degree of quality resident care. We are seeking an LPN interested in working 12-hour shifts, approximately one/ two shift per week, with additional availability on an as-needed basis. Candidates must be comfortable working both day and overnight shifts. Ideally, coverage is needed Tuesday 630a-7p and one weekday 630p-7a. Weekends will be as needed to cover. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of assigned activities. 2. Meet with administrative, medical, and nursing staff, in planning Home Care services, programs, and activities. 3. Implement and maintain nursing objectives and standards. 4. Assist in developing, implementing, and coordinating Home Care policies and procedures, resident care plans, nursing procedure manuals, and job descriptions. 5....
