As the Solution Focused Meeting Facilitator, you will provide coordination and facilitation of Solution-Focused meetings to enable families to achieve self-sufficiency and reach their potential in their child-welfare case. These activities include engaging the family, prepping team members, and scheduling the meeting. Specific responsibilities include: Complete the Solution Based Casework initial training, Solution Focused Meeting Facilitator Training and Youth Transition Decision Making Meeting (YTDM) Facilitator Training. Follow the SBC, YTDM, and Solution Focused Meeting Models through coordination and facilitation of SFMs and YTDM Meetings. Engage the family, youth, and team members using the SBC, SFM and YTDM Meeting models.
