Based at our busy and well-established Colchester Maldon Road practice, you’ll be joining a friendly, supportive and collaborative team who are passionate about providing exceptional care to both pets and their owners. As a Client Care Assistant (CCA), you will be the first point of contact for client phone calls and visits and will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, always being there for clients, patients and colleagues alike. The practice has a loyal client base and a welcoming community feel, with teamwork and client care at the heart of everything we do. This role includes working 1 in 4 Saturdays at our Colchester London Road practice, and we are open to discussing part-time opportunities for the right applicant.
