Our Values: Person Centered, Do the Right Thing, Positivity, Teamwork, Determination Pay Range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually Job Description: The Compliance Director provides leadership and oversight to ensure RCC’s practices align with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Minnesota Statute 245D, HIPAA, and other rules governing Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). This role serves as the organization’s Designated Coordinator (DC) and Designated Manager (DM), ensuring high-quality programming, staff support, and documentation practices meet or exceed legal and contractual requirements.
