Starting Salary: $44,000 - $47,000 (Salary) Bonus: $1,000 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck We are seeking an Adoption Accelerator KS to join our team. Your role will partner with the Department for Children and Families (DCF) and the Foster Care Case Management Specialists to serve children with a permanency goal of adoption, making decisions and recommendations to ensure the safety and welfare of those children. You will have advanced skills to assess program data to identify and resolve barriers to adoption. You will demonstrate creative service delivery, strong time management skills, and excellent decision-making ability. As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with 5 other team members and report to our Senior Manager of Kinship and Adoption.
