A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Instruments, you will partner with Production, Engineering, Planning, and others to support the production of world-class precision optics through machine maintenance and material distribution. In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor. You Will Make an Impact By: - Cleaning and maintaining optics production machines across the shop floor. - Coordinating machine maintenance with supervisors and production leads. - Preparing material kits for production. - Unpacking and checking goods received and maintaining records of received goods. - Performing cycle counts of inventory in stock. - Using ERP software to transact parts to stock and issue them to work orders. Skills You Bring: - Experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills - Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred - 2+ years of related experience Preferred Skills: - Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team environment. - Willingness to work hard and get your hands dirty. - Good communication skills.
