Job Description: Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated and Top Massachusetts recognized 226-bed regional hospital, is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. This clinical staff position will have an impact on patient satisfaction by providing the patient with a program that can increase their exertion level and lead to a healthy lifestyle. As part of the Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab team, this position: Evaluates patient’s stress test to develop an individualized exercise plan. Recommends exercise plan and receives approval from Cardiologist or Pulmonologist. Reviews exercise plan and instructs patient on the proper use of exercise equipment. Reviews rate of exertion scale with patient and explains how each level of the scale is defined. Monitors the patient during their exercise routine, periodically checking blood pressure, he...
