About the Role: As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Period Care contracts. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Contract & Services Manager, you will help ensure service excellence, compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a varied role combining contract coordination, customer support, and operational administration, allowing you to contribute directly to meaningful programs that make a difference in communities.
