Conference Producer – MA Exhibitions Hybrid (Herne Hill, 3 days in office) The salary is up to £32,000 (DOE) plus company benefits . This role is designed to research the ideas shaping our industries and turn them into engaging conference programmes that bring experts, businesses and audiences together. As Conference Producer, you will play a key role in shaping, developing and delivering conference programmes that sit at the heart of our events. You will work in a fast paced media and events environment where research, audience insight, collaboration and commercial awareness all come together to create meaningful experiences. This role is central to content creation, speaker engagement and the overall success of our conferences. You will identify emerging trends, translate insights into engaging agendas, and collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and operations to deliver events that attract strong audiences and support sponsorship and exhibitor growth.
