Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles. Preferred qualifications: - Experience using data insights to drive HR strategy and influence executive stakeholders. - Experience implementing HR projects and risk management/mitigation, and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities. - Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups. - Excellent project/change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
