Job Description: Brandywine Living, a premier provider of quality senior living, is seeking an Assistant Health and Wellness Director / Assistant Dir. of Nursing (RN) to join our team. Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 Yearly As the Assistant Health and Wellness Director / ADON , you will be responsible in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services for planning, organizing, and directing the overall clinical operations of the nursing department to provide comprehensive care for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. - Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the position, the department, and the personnel. - Develops and implements active wellness program for residents, working with Activity Director. - Maintains resident files in an orderly manner and documents all perti...
