Job Responsibilities: Account Management : Handle a mix of national and local accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers via email and telephone communication. Service Excellence : Strive for perfection in customer service delivery and proactively address any service issues that may arise. Account Growth : Work towards growing small and mid-size accounts by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. Freight Solicitation : Actively solicit freight on a daily basis to ensure continuous business growth. Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in AS400 and Hemispheres software systems is required to efficiently manage customer accounts and transactions.
