VNA Care is seeking a Per Diem Admission Coordinator to join our Worcester team. Hours are available, Monday - Sunday- 8:30am--5:00pm. Pay Range: $20.00 to $29.00 per hour Position Summary: Provides exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers including referral sources such as case managers, physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities as well as patients and patient families. Responsible for gathering all needed data in order to accept a referral.
