The Flex-Tech plays a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and timely repairs while representing AutoNation's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. The compensation range for this position is $26 to $32+ per flat rate hour that is based on experience, trainings and certifications. It also has a bonus component on longevity, proficiency and overrides.
