Applicants without a current Occupational Therapy license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. Occupational Therapist - OT - Full Time HTS is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a highly rated skilled nursing facility in Louisville, KY. The primary role of the Occupational Therapist in this position will be to complete evaluations and progress notes, along with recertifications and discharges, on a full-time basis (30 – 40 hours per week).
