OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Maintenance Leader the Packaging Mechanic is responsible for performing planned preventative & condition-based maintenance. As directed by Maintenance Leadership the Packaging Mechanic will complete planned improvements and maintenance project work. Will work to support production as directed by the Maintenance Leader when required. Shift: AWS Night Shift: 12 Hour Continental – Rotating schedule for entire year - Work HALF the YEAR! The role is supported by the broader Maintenance Organization, including R&M Leads, Planners, Stockroom Personnel, and the Maintenance Manager. It requires regular interaction with Operations colleagues and Leadership to ensure maintenance efforts align with production needs and operational priorities.
