This Opportunity WSP is currently recruiting a full time Electrical Engineer to join our growing Property & Buildings team in Honolulu, HI . The ideal candidate will have a background in building electrical design, energy conservation and resiliency, an understanding of electrical systems, good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with a group of experienced professionals in order to meet our clients’ objectives and solve complex problems. In this role, you will help to design and document electrical systems for a wide variety of project types across many market sectors. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, skills, and responsibilities in engineering, project management, and client engagement. Your Impact: - Perform electrical engineering design tasks for power systems, electrical distribution, indoor/outdoor lighting, grounding, and lightning protection, as well as systems such as communications, access control, security, IT, and fire alarm in conformance with codes, standards, construction practices, and client’s goals. - Under minimal supervision, develop electrical calculations for loads, equipment sizing, feeder sizing, voltage drop, groundi...
