Hood Industries, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our lumber mill operations in Bogalusa, Louisiana . Hood Industries, Inc. is a blend of wood manufacturing and distribution concerns that include two plywood and three lumber manufacturing plants, and twenty-three specialty wood product distribution operations, located in fifteen states serving the northeast, southeast and southwest United States. Position Overview The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor provides frontline leadership for a production team within the lumber mill. This role supports daily operations by promoting safety, maintaining quality standards, coordinating workflow, and developing team members to achieve production goals. The supervisor works closely with mill leadership and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient mill performance.
