Your Tasks: - Single point of contact for customer for field service for inspections, overhauls, conversions and training requests - Monitoring & controlling activities of the technicians - Preparing offer and order confirmation for the service interventions - Processing of Interco and 3rd party technicians - Coordination of site requirements with customer (health & safety, security, medical,…) - Preparation and preliminary clarification of conversion orders and service contracts - Clarification of outstanding input for conversions - Analyzing of time sheets against the offer and generating the proforma invoice to adjust purchase order (PO) - Invoicing against updated PO Your Qualifications: - Apt...
